Context

To bring you real strategy, I need to have a solid understanding of your business. And to trust me to help, you need to know how I think, how I show up, and what it’s like to work together. 

 

Advising gives us that foundation while bringing you support immediately.

I recommend beginning with weekly sessions for three months. 

Here, we set goals and talk through what’s working. What’s not. What you’re stuck on. And what you’re aiming for.

The Challenge

If advising shows us that business strategy articulation or brand work makes sense, we can create a custom scope that is based on your needs.

Every client starts with advising. Some get a consult on brand work. Some get a little extra support building their business roadmap or supporting their team. And others stick with advising as they lead their growth.

I find that most often, consulting is not necessary because I can give you the tools and guidance to use them yourself. That's the best case scenario!

This work focuses on how your organization actually operates. Including decision-making, roles, communication, team dynamics, and the human constraints shaping daily work. It ranges from diagnostic assessments, audits, and workshops to strategy sessions and whatever deliverables are called for - it is custom to each business. 

I work closely with leadership to identify where friction is coming from, what’s being over-relied on, and where the organization is compensating instead of being supported. This gives us a holistic view to ensure we address the challenges and changes you're navigating.

This phase translates the strategy into messaging pillars, your brand voice expressed, and usable, high-context language that you can use across channels. 

This becomes your reference point for all comms moving forward. And a guide that makes producing content easier and more consistent.

You leave with: strategic message clarity, brand voice copy, headline options, and an internal alignment tool.

External Shifts

Strategy implementation recommendations for visual identity and design. 

This phase translates the strategy into strategic creative direction helping your designer to integrate the dynamic brand we create together.

When needed, I can provide recommendations on design partners. And with any partners I introduce you to, I am happy to include time for me to provide a handoff and/or support the implementation process if needed. 

You leave with: support for implementing across visual communication and assets that deeply and clearly express your full brand strategy.

Outcomes

This is where we can bring the brand work to life across your site and digital channels. This can happen through edits or starting from scratch. That depends on your needs and resources. 

If you already have a website and we are articulating your brand, I can include a website audit with recommendations on how to bring the brand in with minimal or low effort. And if we're building a brand from scratch, I can deliver the website architecture and copy. We will scope this to your specific needs. 

 

You leave with: a custom mix of audits & strategic recommendations, website architecture & copy, messaging that reflects the value you deliver (to use across your marketing channels). Whatever the mix, you'll get brand continuity.
