Clarifying positioning, restructuring the website, and building a connected content system
Sharity Global

CASE STUDY
Let's Walk Through It...
01
Context
Sharity is a strategic advisory firm supporting mission-driven organizations through growth and complexity.
In addition to having a strong reputation across the sector, and consistently converting live conversations, they built a solid foundation:
-
A team of industry veterans, and a model that is able to support clients without bloat
-
A proven framework developed and documented by their founder
-
A track record of wildly impressive results that demonstrate measured impact
But their website and messaging weren’t yet translating all of that clearly to their audience.
02
The Challenge
-
Website users struggled to find key information and clearly understand what Sharity actually does
-
Prospects consistently asking foundational questions that could have been answered at a glance
-
Messaging that didn’t reflect the depth and structure of the work
-
Internally, the work was understood but not consistently articulated
The result:
Growth depended heavily on the founder’s ability to explain the work live, in context, with little support from the website and content system.

-
Created email and content systems aligned to user stage and readiness
04
What We Realized
The initial request was for “brand and messaging.”
But early in the work, it became clear the issue wasn’t language. It was structure.
-
The business had strong thinking and a proven framework, but it wasn’t being used as the foundation for how the company communicated or operated
-
The website, content, and offerings were being built as separate pieces instead of expressions of a single system
-
Carol’s Five Factors™ framework was the clearest articulation of how the work actually functions, but wasn’t yet integrated into the brand or growth strategy
These were the things that were keeping the weight of the business resting firmly on the founder’s shoulders, preventing her from being able to do succession planning.
Turning point:
Positioning her Five Factors™ framework as the core system—rather than standalone thought leadership—created a single source of truth for messaging, structure, and growth.
From there, the work shifted from “improving messaging” to making the system visible and usable across the business.
05
Internal Shifts
-
From services → system
-
From internal clarity → external clarity
06
External Shifts
-
From messaging as language → messaging as system expression
-
From disconnected efforts → integrated strategy, content, and conversion flow
-
From founder-led explanation → structured, scalable communication
-
From static site → guided user journey tied to real decision points
07
Outcomes
-
Website architecture restructured to reflect how Sharity actually works, reducing reliance on live explanation
-
Website page structure and content revised to address the most common prospect questions directly on the page, reducing reliance on live explanation and improving clarity at first touch
-
Clear articulation of services and value, aligned across brand, site, and content
-
Diagnostic and email systems designed and structured for implementation, enabling segmentation and follow-up
-
A solid foundation for scaling marketing and business development without adding operational complexity
Working with Jamie transformed how we think about our brand strategy. She identified that our Five Factor™ Framework needed to be the foundation of our entire business model.
This insight fundamentally shifted how we position Sharity and our offerings. Things really clicked after that.
She then helped us shape the business model and every element of our positioning and brand expression around it. From how we present our courses, to our visual identity system, to how we organize the architecture across the website.
The result is cohesive, strategic, and authentic to who we are. Her ability to see the big picture and connect it back to the core of our business really sets her apart.
Carol Wick, Founder
Jamie’s work has a direct impact on everything that comes after. She brings structure to things that are often unclear, which means when we move into design and execution, we’re building on a clear foundation.
Bringing her in for strategy has made the work stronger and the process smoother.
