   • If it's a good fit, we'll do some simple paperwork and start!

2. The first session is 90-min

   • Week 1

   • We'll begin with a discovery session where I'll ask you a series of questions in a very conversational way

   • No prep is needed

   • This will help us articulate your leadership style, personal and professional goals, and current challenges

3. The second session is 30-min

   • Week 2​

   • We will review my articulation of where you're at and we'll discuss/align

   • We'll discuss your goals and their respective priority

   • Homework: you'll then take our notes and share your final goals (via a framework) ahead of the next session

4. The following sessions are 60-min

   • Week 3+

   • Here I will bring structure and reflection as we discuss your experience of working towards your goals
